Evaluations:

Monday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 15 @ Lebanon Baptist Church Gym

Athletes should attend both days for their age group.

Middle School: 3:30 - 5:00 (5:15 on the 15th)*

*MS Athletes will be asked to stay 15 min after evaluations for the Parent Meeting

JV / Varsity: 5:00 - 6:30

Evaluations will be closed to parents, and only athletes will be allowed in the gym during evaluation times. On Tuesday, Oct 15th at 5:00 there will be a short meeting with parents and athletes to go over program updates before continuing with evaluations and the parent meeting.

Parent Meeting:

There will be a mandatory parent meeting at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 15 @ Lebanon Baptist Church

Parents will enter the gym at 5:00 for a short meeting with athletes to go over program updates before moving into a separate room for more updates.

Timeline:

On Wednesday, October 16, Team Placement emails will be sent out with Registration & Volunteer information.

Registration will be due by Friday, October 18.  New players will be encouraged to register ASAP so as to receive a player number for ordering uniforms.  Past players will continue to use their player number from the 23-24 Season.

Uniform ordering (if needed for past players and for new athletes) will be due by Sunday, October 20.

TeamSnap:

Once registration, payment, uniform ordering, volunteer sign ups are complete for each athlete, they will be rostered into the TeamSnap app.  Parents (and players) will be able to see practice and game schedules once rostered.

Practices:

Pre-season practices will begin the week of October 21st on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (Fridays only until Nov 15!).  No practice on Thursday, Oct 31.

Oct 21-25 & Nov 4-8 Girls will be at Lebanon Baptist, Boys will be at New Bessemer.  Oct 28-Nov 1 & Nov 11-15 Girls will be at New Bessemer, Boys will be at Lebanon Baptist.
